SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY


1. How long until I receive my order?

All our products are printed to order. This means that when you place your order, we print those items specifically for you. Our production time is up to 10 business days, depending on the type of product.

Shipping Time Details: Since Break Free Threads products are made to order, please allow 4–7 working days for production. As soon as your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped out. Standard shipping times (excluding production time) are as follows:

  • USA: 4–8 working days

  • CA / UK / AU: 4–8 working days

  • International: 10–15 working days

2. Incorrect Address

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation email sent immediately after purchase.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, we will notify you by email. Once the package is returned to our facility, we will reship it to you. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

3. I ordered several items but only some arrived. Why?

Since we utilize four different warehouses, our inventory is spread out. When you order multiple items at once, they may be shipped separately. Do not worry if you don’t receive all your items at the same time—they are on their way!

Because most of our items are shipped within the USA, the time difference between arrivals is usually minimal.

4. What is the status of my order?

Most products are printed to order and ship after production (which can take up to 10 business days). Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

If your order has exceeded the 10-business-day production window and you still cannot track your package, please contact us at support@breakfreethreads.com for assistance.

5. Can I track my package?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped that includes your tracking information. Please keep an eye on your inbox.

6. Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses, with the exception of canvas prints.

7. I never received my package, what should I do?

If your item has not arrived within 45 days (for t-shirts, wall art, and phone cases) or 60 days (for hooded blankets) after ordering, please contact us through our Contact Us page. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you!

8. How much is shipping?

Once you have reached the Checkout Page, you can enter your delivery address and choose your shipping method. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and added to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
